Welcome to The French Académie
ENROLL NOW FOR FALL 2021
The French Académie is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all our families.
We have implemented new guidelines and policies, in compliance with recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and the Minnesota Department of Human Services (MDHS) that will help prevent infection throughout our little school and keep our students safe.
The French Académie!
At The French Académie, we provide a private, language-enriched environment for every student in an energetic and friendly setting. Incorporating inspiration from Montessori education, the Reggio Emilia approach, and the world-renowned French Maternelle, we combine the best of early childhood pedagogies within a unique language immersion environment.
Our French Immersion Early Childhood Center is unique in the Twin Cities; we are the only educational program in Minnesota accredited by the French Ministry of Education (cycle 1), and the only language-immersion programs made up of only native French-speaking teachers.
We pride ourselves on our low student-to-teacher ratio, which allows teachers to tailor the curriculum to each students’ individual learning abilities. Empower your children to join the 270 million people in the world who speak French!
The educational programs at The French Académie were created with our children’s needs in mind: to mature and develop in a safe yet stimulating environment. Take a look below to learn more about each program.
Our cultivated educational curriculum combines Montessori education, the Reggio Emilia approach, and Music Together Worldwide with an academic foundation from the French Maternelle curriculum. At The French Académie, bilingual learning is just the beginning.
"Our experience at The FAC is about dual language learning but so much more! We know that our son is receiving an education that provides him with the best combined strength of the French and American education systems. This is a unique opportunity for him to truly be a world citizen. And he has fun while doing it."
